Culminate is a design agency in Portland, Oregon where Matthew previously worked as a Signage & Production Designer. He adapted and helped produce signage for Nike retail stores across the United States, primarily using Adobe InDesign and established templates to adjust layouts, arrange imagery, and incorporate new product information in a variety of styles.

Matthew coordinated delivery timelines with Project Managers, estimated total hours required to complete final designs, and collaborated closely with the design team to meet tight deadlines and quick-turn requests.
